Recently I have been re-thinking my plus size wardrobe. Sometimes it can be a daunting task to put something together that looks very stylish for plus size women. I think the key is to find really great pieces that you can interchange and then update your accessories through the seasons. I would also say it’s a great idea to pick up 2-3 of the latest seasons fashions, such as a print blouse or the latest style pants. But we have got to have our basics. The kind of stuff that doesn’t go out of style.
Metallic tread runs through the ladylike lace of this corset-style top, criss-crossed empire waist, scoop neck and cap sleeves with delicate ruffle detail.
I would say that if you are going to give your wardrobe a serious makeover, start by cleaning out your closets and dresser drawers of any clothing that does not make you feel beautiful when you put it on. All of those ratty around the house clothes should go(ok except the stuff you clean house in lol). Shop in places where you know that you are getting quality for the price you are paying. For some people places like Fashion Bug might be your only immediate solution for plus size clothing near you, this is how it is for me. But I recommend not relying on this store. If I want any other type of clothing I have to buy online or travel about an hour in any direction to find the nearest Lane Bryant, Torrid, Avenue or department store.
